As a leader in the retail FX market, customer service is a primary objective for FXCM and our high standards are set by our discerning customers. Financial services teams are charged with providing market commentary, trading education, technical support and operational guidance to traders of all skill levels and backgrounds. As a team leader, you will be building and leading a team of 5- 10 people, coordinating with supervisors and department heads in other offices and reporting to managers in the US.
