The successful candidate understands client/server game coding, and is enthusiastic about both asynchronous and synchronous social network development for 2D and 3D Flash games.
Major Responsibilities:
Participate in all aspects of building quality multi-player online games, from concept to im-plementation.
Develop performant, efficient software using industry-standard best practices. Apply your ex-pertise to improve design documents and provide the best gaming experience possible.
Communicate openly, contribute ideas and strive to improve.
Work in a collaborative, smart, fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has:
Experience with client/server game programming.
Proven application of industry-standard skill with ActionScript 3 and the Flash runtime (OOP, design patterns, memory management, profiling and debugging).
Experience with game architectures, web services, optimization, and networking.
Experience with related technologies (Python, Ruby, PHP, Java; Relational databases & SQL).
Familiarity with Facebook API and/or other social network APIs.
