A young and growing internet marketing company located in Tel Aviv is looking for a dynamic sales and customer service operators for a 24/7 call center, the work entails incoming phone work, writing chats and emails. Work is in shifts including night shifts and weekend.
Requirements:
• English speaker with additional one or more of the following languages will be an advantage: French/Italian/Spanish/Swedish.
• Former experience in customer service or sales a plus.
• Knowledge in live person an advantage.
• Must be proficient in basic computer operation (office and internet explorer).
• Must have good typing skills as work requires chatting with customers (msn-style)
• Must be located in the center area or have a vehicle (Tel Aviv area a plus).
• Must be available for occasional night shifts and weekend.
• High availability a must!
